Teresa has been married to her high school sweetheart for 45+ years, has two “kids” who are attorneys, and four grandchildren. On her spare time, she enjoys experimenting in the culinary arts, reading by the beach, and spending time with her family.

Gerardo J. Rodriguez-Albizu is a seasoned attorney who represents domestic and international clients at both the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Rodriguez-Albizu has litigated a wide variety of cases, including matters under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), complex commercial matters, international copyright infringement, Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act (FSIA) cases, foreign asset seizure, international commercial arbitration, partnership break up disputes, theft of trade secrets, disputes involving banks and financial institutions (including claims under Regulation X), commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes, among other matters. Mr. Rodriguez-Albizu also has experience with matters pending or involving foreign jurisdictions, including Central and South America, the Dominican Republic, and the Turks and Caicos Islands. Drawing from his extensive litigation experience, Mr. Rodriguez-Albizu assists clients with their business law needs including forming new entities, drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, and buy/sell agreements, negotiating franchise agreements, and various other contractual agreements. Additionally, Mr. Rodriguez-Albizu also has significant experience in representing U.S. and international clients with their real estate needs. Mr. Rodriguez-Albizu’s experience includes assisting clients in all facets of a real estate transaction – from negotiating the purchase and sale agreement, to conducting the closing and issuing title insurance. In this regard Mr. Rodriguez-Albizu possesses experience in handling construction to permanent financing transactions, transactions involving national lenders, and all cash deals. Sabeha Hylton is an experienced attorney who practices in the areas of real estate and corporate law, with a heavy focus on real estate, lending, and general business matters, including the acquisition, disposition, and financing of commercial, industrial, residential and multifamily real estate. Ms. Hylton has worked in both the public and private sectors, beginning her legal career in governmental law as a fellow with the City of West Palm Beach City Attorney’s Office. Before joining Rodriguez-Albizu Law, Ms. Hylton was an associate at a boutique law firm in Boca Raton where she handled real estate transactions in excess of $90 million and facilitated numerous business sale and purchase transactions involving cross-border entities and individuals.

Sally Vos is an experienced attorney who practices in the areas of business and corporate law, with a specialization in commercial litigation. Her fierce litigation skills allow her to zealously advocate for her clients. Ms. Vos aims to provide first-class and attentive legal services to her clients.

 Ms. Vos began her legal career as in-house counsel for a large barbershop franchise with several different locations around the state of Florida. While working in-house, Ms. Vos was able to focus her practice on transactional work by negotiating, drafting, and executing contracts from simple non-disclosure agreements to complex franchise agreements. Before joining Rodriguez-Albizu Law, Ms. Vos was an associate at a civil litigation law firm in Stuart where she discovered her passion for commercial and business litigation.

Admitted to the bar in 1977, Charles (Charlie) Barnett has over 40 years of experience as an attorney. During his time in the field, he represented numerous small to medium-sized businesses, ranging from small startups to IPOs. Charlie hails from Louisville, Kentucky and now lives in Palm Beach, FL. He went to the University of Louisville for his undergrad before finishing his law degree at the University of Florida. After passing the bar exam, Charlie went back to his hometown where he joined his father’s regional law firm, Barnett & Alagia, as a junior partner. Since then, Charlie has worked tirelessly as an attorney. For years, he was the general counsel for Miami Subs Grill and Kenny Rogers Roasters, during which time he created the franchise frameworks used by countless franchisees. Following his time as a general counsel, Charlie founded his own legal office. He was also the brains behind his practice’s “Out of House” legal counsel concept, which helps businesses of all sizes receive cost-effective, flexible, and high-quality legal services. Outside of his outstanding work as an attorney, Charlie is a proud father to four children, now all successful adults. He has also worked with charter schools for the better part of a decade and is currently Chairman of the Board for a K-5 charter school in Hialeah, FL.
